What you will do

• Design and scale structured, machine-readable content systems optimized for Google and AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Own the AEO measurement stack using AirOps and Profound to track mention rates, Share of Voice, and citation rates.
• Execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, including programmatic SEO at scale.
• Implement LLM-ready schema markup and entity-based semantic search strategies to enhance AI visibility.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, GTM, and Engineering teams to optimize site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Define guidelines for AI-friendly, citation-worthy content and build authority through topic clusters.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or search marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AirOps, Profound or equivalent AEO measurement tools.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexing, and schema.
• Proven experience optimizing for AI assistants and LLM-driven platforms.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto.
