TL;DR

Senior Editor (B2B Tech): Managing content production workflows and ensuring high-quality research deliverables for a global technology intelligence group with an accent on copyediting, project coordination, and process optimization. Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3+ days per week in-office).

What you will do

  • Copyedit and proofread diverse research reports, presentations, and data tools to ensure consistency and house style.
  • Manage content through the CMS-based publishing workflow from queue to final publication.
  • Support the on-time delivery of research projects and consulting engagements across multiple technology sectors.
  • Train and mentor analysts on writing skills, editorial processes, and content management systems.
  • Own strategic initiatives and special projects, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Content Production Manager to optimize operational processes and refine KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Top-tier English-language writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in B2B technology market intelligence or a similar sector.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Basic design skills for multimedia deliverables like podcasts and videos.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
  • Interest in automation, process improvement, and AI tools.
