What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Newsroom experience, including editorial calendar, newsletter program, and press-facing content.
- Drive editorial strategy for major company moments such as product launches, acquisitions, and leadership announcements.
- Write and edit diverse formats including opinion pieces, news articles, and social media content for leadership.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, developing their public voice and thought leadership presence.
- Build and lead the leadership social program, including hands-on content production and strategy development.
- Manage amplification strategies across press, newsletters, and social channels to ensure internal and external alignment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
- Extensive experience in editorial, content strategy, or communications, ideally across consumer and B2B audiences.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to different voices and tones.
- Proven track record of setting editorial direction and influencing senior stakeholders independently.
- Hands-on experience with CMS management and a solid understanding of SEO and AEO best practices.
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to handle multiple deliverables under pressure.
