Location: Must be based remotely in Colombia. Availability required: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT.

What you will do

• Review verification submissions for compliance, conduct KYC checks, and analyze digital footprints to prevent fraud.
• Perform QA on AI-generated decisions and agent-resolved submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze verification processes and appeals to detect patterns and optimize workflows.
• Handle escalations for complex verification cases in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide high-quality support to customers via email, Slack, and ServiceNow.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to team efficiency and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations and customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Slack.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Prior experience conducting KYC checks and verifying brand legitimacy.
• Quality assurance expertise in process review and compliance.
