What you will do
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle from gathering client assets to post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate implementation documents and ensure accurate trafficking and QA with managed service partners.
- Monitor daily delivery, ensure pacing, and hit performance metrics across a portfolio of campaigns.
- Execute in-flight optimizations within platforms such as Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox.
- Investigate and troubleshoot delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and tech bugs.
- Manage inventory forecasting for proposals and active campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, or Google Ads.
- Foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and calculating performance metrics.
- Must be based in New York or Chicago for a hybrid work arrangement.
