What you will do

• Lead complex technical escalations regarding pixel/tag implementation, DSP setup (TTD, DV360), and PMP configuration.
• Manage and develop a 4-member offshore Ad Ops team, including priority setting and QA of output.
• Drive Client Services enablement by creating playbooks and training materials to increase team autonomy.
• Own PMP optimization, ensuring deal health, pacing, and performance.
• Identify manual workflows and partner with the Product team to build AI and automation tooling.
• Serve as the technical SME in client conversations and design scalable processes with leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic, or digital media execution as a technical owner.
• Deep technical fluency with DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and ad servers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting pixel/tag issues using browser dev tools, Charles, or similar tools.
• Experience managing or working with offshore resources.
• Prior technical experience in a measurement, data, or ad tech company.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and server-side or API-based integrations.
