What you will do

  • Oversee multiple software engineering teams in the development of specific pricing modules and applications.
  • Lead the collaborative development of application strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate IT goals.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final completion.
  • Implement Agile development principles to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex systems and coordinate work across multi-functional teams.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with vendors and third-party resources to ensure service consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in IT and software engineering.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, including talent selection, training, and performance management.
  • Must be based in the United States to be eligible for provided benefits and legal compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile best practices and software development lifecycles.
