What you will do

• Define and own the longevity medicine strategy, including clinical protocols, therapeutic frameworks, and evidence standards.
• Serve as the primary scientific voice for hormone optimization and metabolic health.
• Translate emerging longevity research into actionable clinical insights and product improvements.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of clinical protocols in partnership with affiliated medical practices.
• Establish clinical quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement across the patient care model.
• Contribute to company strategy, culture, and decision-making as a member of the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral-level clinical degree with board certification.
• 10+ years of clinical experience in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, or metabolic health.
• Proven track record of translating complex scientific concepts into actionable patient care.
• Prior leadership experience in a healthcare company, digital health platform, or clinical organization.
• Deep familiarity with the US regulatory and compliance environment governing telehealth.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling organization.
• Published research or recognized thought leadership in longevity, functional medicine, or endocrinology.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and DEA scheduling requirements.
