What you will do
- Define and own the longevity medicine strategy, including clinical protocols, therapeutic frameworks, and evidence standards.
- Serve as the primary scientific voice for hormone optimization and metabolic health.
- Translate emerging longevity research into actionable clinical insights and product improvements.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of clinical protocols in partnership with affiliated medical practices.
- Establish clinical quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement across the patient care model.
- Contribute to company strategy, culture, and decision-making as a member of the executive leadership team.
Requirements
- MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral-level clinical degree with board certification.
- 10+ years of clinical experience in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, or metabolic health.
- Proven track record of translating complex scientific concepts into actionable patient care.
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare company, digital health platform, or clinical organization.
- Deep familiarity with the US regulatory and compliance environment governing telehealth.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling organization.
- Published research or recognized thought leadership in longevity, functional medicine, or endocrinology.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and DEA scheduling requirements.
- Active medical licensure in multiple US states.
