TL;DR

Location: Fully remote (United States)

Salary: $285,000 – $305,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings as a subject matter expert.
  • Spearhead new clinical delivery approaches using market data, consumer research, and patient analytics.
  • Develop comprehensive research packages and cultivate external partnerships to strengthen service offerings.
  • Provide clinical leadership in Specialty Rx program design and client-facing strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Client Experience teams to uncover client pain points and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and a current unrestricted US state license to practice medicine.
  • Completed a US-based residency program.
  • Required experience in utilization management, specifically including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) reviews.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
  • 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical strategy at a health plan, healthtech company, or expert consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of designing innovative clinical programs that drive value for payers and members.

Nice to have

  • Experience with post-acute care services (SNF, inpatient rehab, LTAC) and Home Health utilization management.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
