Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as the primary dedicated point of contact for VIP members, guiding them through their metabolic health journey.
- Onboard new members, conduct welcome visits, and maintain engagement through daily/weekly chats and progress video visits.
- Perform daily monitoring of member health data, including CGMs, blood pressure, sleep, and movement, to ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team consisting of nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians to resolve patient care issues.
- Provide critical feedback to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), engineering, and product teams regarding user experience and feature requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in health/nutrition counseling, health coaching, or fitness coaching.
- Active license in the US; Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
- Expertise in motivational interviewing and driving sustainable behavior change.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI-driven data and technical outputs into patient care.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00 AM CST and 7:00 PM CST for urgent escalations.
