What you will do

• Design and scale AI core infrastructure and APIs for integrating LLMs into developer workflows.
• Develop autonomous agents, custom RAG architectures, and smart context-delivery systems.
• Establish engineering best practices for AI, including evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure scalable and compliant AI tooling.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the local-to-production lifecycle across the organization.
• Maintain production-grade reliability for AI infrastructure, monitoring system health and mitigating model drift.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering and delivering production-grade distributed software.
• Proven track record of moving AI beyond prototypes, with expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and cost management when deploying AI solutions.
• Strong passion for Developer Experience (DevEx) and productivity tools.
• Exceptional communication skills for mentoring engineers and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to meet operational requirements.
