TL;DR

Sr. Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the development of Keystone Partner Service Offerings with an accent on lifecycle management and onboarding new subscriptions. Focus on driving partner-led growth in the Storage as a Service (STaaS) market and implementing AI-driven customer interactions.

Location: Remote (US), with some in-office and/or in-person expectations (hybrid environment).

Salary: $196,350 - $292,600 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Keystone partner service offering.
  • Develop and maintain a structured service catalog for partner-based Storage as a Service (STaaS) offerings.
  • Design and implement automated onboarding processes for new partners and subscriptions.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven customer and partner interactions to improve velocity and insights.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations, engineering, sales, and marketing to align development with business goals.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure and optimize the Keystone lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of product management experience.
  • Strong expertise in subscription-based services and lifecycle service programs.
  • Deep understanding of the STaaS market and subscription-based business models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer experience solutions.
