What you will do

• Design and build advanced machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
• Bring research from concept to production-ready implementation.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing value delivery.
• Engage in code reviews and lead by example to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in tech and product-driven companies.
• Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with LLM training and fine-tuning methods like distillation and policy optimization.
