What you will do

• Push the frontier of visual generative models through large-scale pre-training of text-to-image foundation models.
• Shape training objectives, algorithms, data pipelines, and systems for generative AI products.
• Turn novel research ideas into models powering products used by millions.
• Collaborate with a creative and ambitious team of researchers and engineers.
• Communicate complex research effectively to peers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Toronto or New York
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of AI research experience including training and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as JAX or PyTorch.
• Track record of first-author publications at top-tier AI conferences.
• Solid programming skills beyond ML systems development.
