What you will do

  • Define and own the comprehensive APJ demand marketing strategy to maximize pipeline across all segments from SMB to large accounts.
  • Execute post-sales marketing strategies focusing on customer retention, adoption, and expansion via upsell and loyalty programs.
  • Own the regional event strategy, including third-party events and hosted roadshows, to drive community building.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ professionals across regional, partner, and customer growth marketing.
  • Collaborate with Global Demand Center and Product Marketing to align messaging and execute strategic ABM approaches.
  • Champion and operationalize the "Human + AI" mindset, using generative AI tools for workflow automation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B APJ marketing with deep knowledge of GTM teams.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of demand, inbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for marketing orchestration and content velocity.
  • Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore.
