What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of global payment processing.
• Partner closely with Customer Success and Member Success teams to resolve payment issues.
• Improve operational workflows and create or refine process documentation.
• Contribute to automation and product enhancements to strengthen the global payment experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Product organization to manage money movement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in payment operations within a fintech, banking, or payments company.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, currency conversions, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with payment platforms such as Stripe, Modern Treasury, Airwallex, and Corpay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment and compliance standards including Nacha, IAT, PPD, CCD, and OFAC guidelines.
• Experience handling high-volume transactional payments under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience developing scalable systems and best practices.
