What you will do

• Partner with leaders, providing guidance and coaching
• Contribute to and implement the People & Culture roadmap
• Advise and resolve employee relation issues across the business
• Optimize and manage the annual performance management cycle
• Collaborate with legal counsel to reduce risk and improve compliance
• Manage corporate programs including compensation planning, recruitment, and internal mobility

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a high-growth environment
• CHRL designation or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of North American HR principles and Employment Law
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
