Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive video-based clinical care for acute conditions, including pediatrics and mental health.
• Support physicians with Epic inbox management, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.
• Prescribe medications and refills and educate patients on appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff.
• Drive high-quality care focusing on patient outcomes and compassionate remote interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care setting.
• Active license in NJ.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.
• Experience in both primary care and behavioral health for acute and chronic conditions.
• Willingness to work weekend hours (Sat & Sun between 7a-9p plus one weekday), totaling 36 hours per week.
