What you will do

• Provide comprehensive text and video-based clinical care, including acute, primary, and behavioral health.
• Manage Epic EMR inboxes, including processing labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and develop customized care plans for diverse patient needs.
• Collaborate with Care Concierge and Clinical Operations teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain a full-time clinical schedule (36 clinical hours per week) with specific weekday availability.

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Licensed in NJ.
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience in a Primary Care setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider.
• Clean medical malpractice history.
