What you will do

• Manage product development across multiple categories and channels, from concept to launch.
• Review and approve concepts, artwork, packaging, and prototypes to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for licensing partners and direct-to-consumer vendors.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Marketing, Creative, and Game Development teams to align product development with company goals.
• Track development timelines and maintain calendars to ensure products are delivered within retail windows.
• Support retail pitch presentations and trade events with booth designs and product samples.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer products, licensing, product development, toys, apparel, or collectibles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of product development and approval processes across licensed and DTC channels.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven background in Illustration and Graphic Design.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with major retail channels such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, packaging development, and production timelines.
• Experience with gaming, horror, collectibles, and fandom-driven brands.
• Familiarity with Flowhaven product submission platform.
• Experience in Toy or Apparel design.
