Compensation: $230,000 – $390,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and build systems for analyzing and visualizing large-scale agent performance data.
• Develop the Explorer tool for AI-powered clustering and exploration of conversational data.
• Create proactive monitoring systems to detect agent defects and behavioral patterns.
• Build and ship full-stack solutions that empower agent developers.
• Collaborate in a high-autonomy environment to drive customer impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade products and systems.
• Proven ability to build and ship full-stack solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong motivation and high-agency to drive outcomes in an autonomous culture.
