What you will do

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of financial forecasting, planning, and analysis frameworks.
• Translate business plans into integrated financial forecasts aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and own detailed financial models covering revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Cost of Sales, cash flow, and working capital.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial performance.
• Provide high-quality financial insight and challenge to commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Analyse performance against plan to identify variances, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on FP&A experience in a large, complex B2B organisation.
• Proven track record of translating business strategy into integrated financial plans.
• Deep expertise in cash flow modelling and working capital analysis.
• Strong grounding in accounting principles and financial controls.
• Preferred qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Must be located within commutable distance to London or Winchester.
