What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of a broad spectrum of valuation products while ensuring high-quality client service.
• Provide technical expertise in business, share, and intangible asset valuations for tax and commercial purposes.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and managers within the team.
• Assist partners and directors with business development, proposals, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from Birmingham, Newcastle, or Cambridge.
• Significant experience in valuations across commercial, accounting, and tax contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and technical best practices.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams of valuers on simultaneous projects.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Completion or active pursuit of a professional qualification such as CFA, ACA, CA, or ACCA.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent master’s degree in finance.
• Industry-specific expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Products, or TMT.
