What you will do

• Perform PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS troubleshooting and programming.
• Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate electrical sensors including photoelectric, pressure, temperature, and position sensors.
• Respond to equipment downtime issues in the plant to ensure quick resolution.
• Install and troubleshoot field wiring and instruments.
• Read and interpret control system design documents such as P&ID, schematics, and wiring drawings.
• Assist with mechanical repairs when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent, or technical training.
• Minimum 3 years of controls system maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA.
• Ability to climb and work at elevations (up to 250 feet) and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate confined spaces and extreme temperature/weather conditions.
• Must submit to a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ovation, Wonderware, and Allen Bradley.
• CEMS experience.
