What you will do

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and routine inspections on plant facilities and industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs and VFDs independently to ensure operational efficiency.
• Fabricate new and replacement electrical equipment and design panels including breaker and wire sizing.
• Utilize SAP for managing work orders, adding comments, and sourcing spare parts.
• Conduct electrical system testing using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and meggers to ensure safety and compatibility.

Requirements

• Formal training or professional experience in electricity, electrical schematics, and motor controls.
• Proficiency in testing electrical systems and reading complex wiring panels.
• Deep knowledge of NEC codes and regulatory standards at state and federal levels.
• Competency in troubleshooting and correcting electrical issues within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richland, WA.
