What you will do

• Build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors to solve high-friction workflows for engineering cohorts.
• Generalize cohort-specific work into reusable plugins and patterns for the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace.
• Integrate and harden MCP server integrations (Glean, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, etc.) via the AWS connector layer.
• Contribute to the AI Unlock program roadmap and surface security, BAA, and cost blockers.
• Mentor engineers on agentic-coding patterns and support marketplace-published artifacts.

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, and modern CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written communication for producing documentation and runbooks.

Nice to have

• Experience authoring MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or Claude Code plugins.
• Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Prior experience in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) or Solutions Architecture.
• Familiarity with Python/FastAPI, Vue, Postgres, and AWS.
• Full-stack proficiency across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
