What you will do

  • Manage and resolve disputes, authorizations, and common questions for clients, merchants, and customers.
  • De-escalate challenging customer situations to provide an exceptional experience and increase program usage.
  • Proactively contact stakeholders to address rejections, technical needs, or potential account issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, documentation, and training for new implementations.
  • Ensure all department metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong professional communication skills and the ability to manage conflict skillfully.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in an ever-changing environment.
