What you will do
- Manage and resolve disputes, authorizations, and common questions for clients, merchants, and customers.
- De-escalate challenging customer situations to provide an exceptional experience and increase program usage.
- Proactively contact stakeholders to address rejections, technical needs, or potential account issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, documentation, and training for new implementations.
- Ensure all department metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to manage conflict skillfully.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in an ever-changing environment.
