What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound WhatsApp-based chats to resolve fraud concerns and declined transactions.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious activities to identify and document fraud patterns.
• Build and file chargeback dispute cases with card networks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to refine fraud detection workflows and response playbooks.
• Meet daily SLA and QA targets for response times and case handling accuracy.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business or a related major.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Availability for night shifts and weekends as required by business needs.
• Basic knowledge of fintech, remittance, fraud, or chargeback environments.
• Proficiency with G Suite products.
• Ability to make sound judgment calls under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
