What you will do

• Lead infrastructure engineering and platform modernization across VMware, Windows, UCS, and SCCM.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps, including the design and implementation of infrastructure standards.
• Manage operational processes such as crisis management, change management, and release management following ITIL.
• Analyze and coordinate financial initiatives, including TCO and efficiency optimization for the specialty area.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and performance of maintenance work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 years of technical engineering experience.
• Must be based in Ohio, USA.
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint devices, servers, security, network, storage, and telecom technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working within a complex healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance.
