What you will do

• Lead the technical design and deployment of multi-agent systems for autonomous hypothesis generation and clinical trial matching.
• Advance transformer-based foundation models by integrating DNA, RNA, and H&E imaging modalities.
• Implement LLM reasoning frameworks (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought) and reinforcement fine-tuning (RFT) to ensure explainable clinical rationales.
• Architect systems that translate complex multi-modal data into human-verifiable diagnostic and therapeutic insights.
• Own the technical strategy and product roadmap for agentic workflows across Biopharma Solutions and Therapeutics Discovery.
• Establish production-grade ML engineering standards to ensure model transparency and scientific auditability.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8 or more years of experience in AI research or engineering, moving multi-agent architectures from prototype to production.
• Deep experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Claude Agent SDK), RAG, and validation frameworks for autonomous agents.
• Strong understanding of cancer genomics (WES/WTS), mutational signatures, and structure-activity relationships.
• Advanced PyTorch development and experience with distributed training on large GPU clusters (NVIDIA H100s).
• Must be based in the USA.
