What you will do

• Develop end-to-end ML systems to train and serve production-level models in high-stakes environments.
• Deploy GenAI and agentic AI systems to enhance existing solutions or create new services from scratch.
• Design and build agentic AI flows including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
• Forecast work volume and optimize shift schedules using time-series methods and mathematical optimization.
• Integrate complex AI features into large existing software systems across multiple disciplines.
• Own projects end-to-end, leading planning and delivery while conducting unstructured evaluation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an applied researcher or research engineer.
• Strong hands-on Python development skills for model training, data carpentry, and analysis.
• Practical experience with PyTorch.
• ML-Ops and cloud experience, specifically deploying models on AWS or similar providers.
• Experience with mathematical optimization tools such as Gurobi.
• Proven track record of designing and building agentic AI flows.

• Experience with HuggingFace, scikit-learn, pandas, and SQL.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
