What you will do

• Conduct structured process interviews across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to map high-cognitive-load tasks.
• Identify tasks suitable for AI encoding and build production-ready Claude skills.
• Develop and iterate on system prompts, behavioral rules, and few-shot examples.
• Validate AI skills directly with end-users to ensure reliability for non-technical team members.
• Maintain a documented skill library with usage guides, scope, and known limitations.
• Build a reusable methodology for skill writing to be adopted by other teams.

Requirements

• Must be a final-year student (M2 or gap year) from a Tier 1 business or engineering school.
• Strong working knowledge of Claude and prompt engineering.
• Ability to create precise, structured specifications and decompose complex workflows.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Prior experience building structured prompt systems or custom GPTs used by others.
• Genuine interest in the deep-tech and quantum computing space.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Exposure to Finance, Legal, HR, or B2B Sales functions.
