What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Perform user account management, including password resets and access requests via Active Directory.
• Conduct routine health checks, software updates, and patch installations for systems and networks.
• Collaborate with specialized IT teams to resolve recurring and complex technical problems.
• Maintain and refine the IT knowledge base and service desk documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy support.
• Fundamental knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service desk management tools.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
