What you will do

• Manage the full incident management process, including intake, triage, investigation, and resolution validation.
• Execute daily technical operations, such as software deployments and system alarm management.
• Coordinate communication with internal business stakeholders during critical incidents.
• Maintain detailed operational records and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate Degree, Technical School, or military training in computer systems management or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a 24x7x365 multi-shift environment focused on monitoring and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with trouble ticket systems and network monitoring tools.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff at all levels.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Atlassian Suite (including OpsGenie).
• Familiarity with streaming technologies.
