What you will do

• Lead key infrastructure projects involving multiple global teams across Vancouver, Shanghai, and Dublin.
• Design and provide network infrastructure for virtualized and containerized workloads.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data center hardware, including provisioning and overall maintenance.
• Drive the adoption of infrastructure as code using frameworks like Ansible to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments.
• Act as a technical escalation point and participate in a global on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of practical data center network experience in global 24/7 environments.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, Load Balancer, and Firewall technologies.
• Proficiency in BGP, NAT, VPN, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Strong scripting skills in Unix shell and Python.
• Experience with Linux OS, KVM virtualization, and container technologies (Docker, LXC/LXD).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking models, including pod networking, overlays, and ingress controllers.
