What you will do

• Batch and process freight invoices and reconciliation reporting for customer accounts.
• Track shipments for managed transportation and drayage accounts.
• Assist with transportation system testing and rate loading activities.
• Prepare customer reports and support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) activities.
• Analyze operational metrics, perform data validation, and assist with KPI reporting.
• Update process documentation (SOPs) and support project management tracking.
