What you will do

• Lead platform implementations by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Coordinate internal experts and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.
• Develop detailed project plans and proactively track budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Partner with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical user stories.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and minimal delays.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in gathering requirements and producing technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of technical challenges associated with cloud-based software and web applications.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and executive sponsors.
• Strong English communication skills are required for working with global markets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Background in web development or software engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, Salesforce ecosystems, or PSA tools like Certinia and Mavenlink.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
