What you will do

• Build relationships with new customers and develop consultative strategies to achieve their objectives.
• Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and change management activities.
• Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to drive ongoing value throughout the subscription term.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve technical issues, and drive product adoption.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with technical support and renewal specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
