What you will do

• Support the general employee population with onboarding and technical troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Resolve IT challenges to unlock productivity for internal customers and partners.
• Implement security team recommendations and industry best practices.
• Automate qualifying tasks and streamline support requests.
• Optimize internal processes and policies to enhance the user experience.
• Document technical procedures for the team and end-users.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of core IT systems: Google, Slack, JAMF, Atlassian, Microsoft, and Okta.
• Experience with Networking solutions (Meraki) and AV solutions (Logitech, Google Meet).
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting for both Apple and Windows devices.
• Demonstrated experience in similar support roles, preferably within technology companies.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Experience collaborating across multiple locations within a support team.

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or Crypto.
• Experience working within globally distributed companies.
