Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Translate customer problems into simple, performant backend solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to rapidly prototype and implement features.
• Write high-quality, stable code using Django, Python, Postgres, and Redis.
• Manage technical and conceptual complexity while delivering consistent product value.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of production AI systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Django in a production environment.
• Proven experience using LLMs in production, specifically interacting with them without abstraction libraries.
• Prior experience at an early-stage, product-based startup (under 50 people).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
• BS in Computer Science or a similar field preferred.
