What you will do
- Organize and supervise day-to-day wafer fabrication activities and maintain team schedules.
- Ensure rigorous execution of fabrication processes, documentation, and compliance with SOPs within MES.
- Maintain fabrication equipment operational readiness and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to maximize wafer throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and technicians through 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
- Prepare and oversee the operational budget, monitoring costs and maintenance expenses.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Production Management.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or critical technical infrastructures.
- Proven experience in team management and production ramp-up.
- English and French communication skills are required.
- Strong ability to build production schedules in constrained environments.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and industrial workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with superconducting or quantum technologies.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience in semiconductor R&D or pilot-line environments.
- Knowledge of vacuum systems, deposition, lithography, or plasma processes.
