What you will do

• Organize and supervise day-to-day wafer fabrication activities and maintain team schedules.
• Ensure rigorous execution of fabrication processes, documentation, and compliance with SOPs within MES.
• Maintain fabrication equipment operational readiness and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to maximize wafer throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers and technicians through 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Prepare and oversee the operational budget, monitoring costs and maintenance expenses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Production Management.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or critical technical infrastructures.
• Proven experience in team management and production ramp-up.
• English and French communication skills are required.
• Strong ability to build production schedules in constrained environments.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and industrial workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with superconducting or quantum technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience in semiconductor R&D or pilot-line environments.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, deposition, lithography, or plasma processes.
