What you will do

• Define and implement laboratory strategy, including analytical methods, equipment, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary interface between laboratory operations, R&D, and production functions.
• Manage laboratory budgets, capital expenditure, and external partnership negotiations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of LIMS.
• Champion HSE programs and continuous improvement to enhance laboratory efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure operational targets.

Requirements

• Master, engineer, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in an international company.
• Deep expertise in analytical chemistry.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level required).
• Strong proficiency with SAP and LIMS.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
