What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns with strategic partners to drive business goals.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams to develop compelling marketing experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day communication with external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Test new partnership opportunities and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional experience in marketing, sports marketing, communications, or analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional and external collaboration.
• Interest in sports and gaming with flexibility to support key events throughout the sports calendar.
