What you will do

• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns on sortation equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on conveyor systems.
• Utilize SCADA systems to identify and troubleshoot system faults.
• Complete detailed service reports and update internal maintenance systems.
• Collaborate with Security, Operations, and IT to coordinate repair work in line with business requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies, including COSHH.

Requirements

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship or HND/HNC qualification with an Electrical bias.
• Full UK driving licence is required for travel between depots.
• Experience in fast-paced automated environments with demonstrable expertise in conveyor systems.
• Ability to work night shifts on a Panama pattern (22:00 - 10:00).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
