What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order processing and execution based on customer requirements.
• Handle planning, booking, and transportation orders for ocean and air freight.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments, ensuring punctual and flawless documentation.
• Perform freight audits and manage administrative filing and invoicing.
• Provide shipment reporting and feedback to internal and external customers via mail and EDI.
• Conduct operational troubleshooting and non-conformance reporting according to KPIs.
