Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
• Extensive experience in software engineering with a history of shipping features in complex systems.
• Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams while maintaining high quality.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
