What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business managers.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prioritize and refine product backlogs to deliver measurable customer value.
  • Balance the delivery of new features with incidents, maintenance, and technical debt resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and support the new operating model.

Requirements

  • Experience in Agile and/or waterfall environments delivering customer-led outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in backlog prioritization and agile software development.
  • Experience working with third-party IT suppliers.
  • Proven ability in requirements analysis, process modeling, and business case production.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Solihull office.

Nice to have

  • Product Owner, Agile delivery, or DevOps certifications.
  • Experience in Retail, Financial Services, or Energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of Junifer (Gentrack Energy Customer Management Platform).
  • Experience in DevOps environments with a CI/CD approach.
  • Experience managing customer-facing digital products.
