Salary: $93,032.65 annually plus shift premiums

What you will do

• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on pumps, conveyors, compressors, and turbines.
• Lead and manage major equipment installation and repair projects, overseeing teams and resource allocation.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in advanced mechanical techniques and safety practices.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to understand system configurations.
• Optimize procurement of replacement parts and manage maintenance inventory efficiently.
• Maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive reports on equipment conditions.

Requirements

• Post-secondary mechanical education or red seal trade ticket preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Experience with MS Office, CMMS, and SAP preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively for coaching and work planning.
