What you will do

• Develop precise CAD models for external casings and internal component mounting to optimize spatial integration.
• Conduct structural and thermal Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate designs against operational stress and heat loads.
• Design and test robust sealing solutions to achieve required IP ratings for dust and water protection.
• Source and evaluate high-performance materials suitable for deployment in rugged military environments.
• Support the creation of physical prototypes and participate in environmental testing using 3D printing.

Requirements

• Currently in final or penultimate year of a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Paris.
• Ability to take full ownership of physical deliverables and navigate tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and commitment to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
