What you will do

• Maintain regular contact with listing clients, financial intermediaries, and law firms.
• Assist clients using dedicated support tools, focusing on statistics and legal aspects.
• Respond to professional queries from issuers and third parties via phone and email.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and tools to ensure high-quality service.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation, including user guides and factsheets.
• Support the production of financial reporting statistics for listed companies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transaction services, investment banking, or an advisory boutique.
• Good understanding of equity capital markets.
• Fluency in English and/or Norwegian is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be located in Paris, France.
